Shipping

Shipping cost depends on the items in your order as well as the location being shipped to. We ship via Canada Post and Fedex, with trackable service. The speed of your delivery will depend on which service you select at checkout. Upon checkout you will be sent a tracking number for you to conveniently track the status of your order.

Please note, Sweetly Serene Designs is not responsible for:

• Delays with postal service
• International duties & customs
• Items marked delivered but not received

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to incorrect or undeliverable address.

All packages include tracking numbers. If your tracking information confirms delivery, but you have not received your order, please contact the courier directly. Please allow 2-3 business days for your tracking information to update. We cannot be held responsible for packages where tracking information states delivered to your address.
